About Emil
I am an undergraduate Math Major at Pomona College. I graduated high school at the top of my class with an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. In between my studies, I have worked for both an Engineering Lab and a Communications Lab at The Ohio State University.

I believe that learning is most fun when it is done for the sake of true understanding. Because of this, I instruct others in a way that encourages them to think for themselves and develop a deep understanding of the material. I have taken honors calculus classes at Pomona, which have given me a unique perspective on how best to teach and understand calculus. I hope that I can not only help my pupils to ace their tests, but also to develop a genuine interest in the subject matter and a solid foundation of understanding for future coursework.
