About David
I am pursuing a Master Degree in Education and initial teaching licensure. I play hockey for Colorado Mesa University and had success tutoring fellow teammates in College Algebra. I am also a Calculus study group facilitator at the the University with a B.S. in Mathematics and concentration in Statistics.

My teaching method is to base my tutoring on major concepts and problems from the text, and maintain a pace that is suitable to the student and length of the course. Mathematics can be a difficult subject but with solid practice habits and guidance I believe anyone can grow and learn the material. I believe in a growth mindset. You may not be a math wiz but there is always room for growth even if in baby steps.
