About Una
My interest in Mathematics began from a fascination with patterns, numbers, and logical thinking in problem solving. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and have 5 years of experience teaching students from different academic backgrounds. Over time, I have helped learners strengthen their understanding and improve their confidence in handling mathematical problems.
I believe Math becomes easier when students focus on understanding concepts instead of memorizing steps. My teaching method emphasizes breaking problems into smaller parts, using clear explanations, and connecting ideas with real-world examples. I encourage students to ask questions freely and develop curiosity so they can build long-term understanding and confidence.
Beyond classroom teaching, I also focus on helping students develop strong problem-solving habits, exam strategies, and time management skills. I guide learners preparing for competitive exams so they can handle complex questions with accuracy and confidence. My ultimate goal is to help students not only succeed academically but also develop a strong analytical mindset that supports logical thinking, decision-making, and real-life problem solving.

My Math lessons are designed to help students understand concepts through clear explanation and structured practice. I teach topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, and probability using step-by-step methods and simple real-life examples. Instead of focusing only on memorizing formulas, I help students understand how mathematical rules are formed and how they can be applied in different types of problems. This approach makes Math more logical, understandable, and less stressful for learners.
Each lesson is adjusted based on the student’s learning level and pace. Beginners focus on basic arithmetic, equations, formulas, and simple word problems with guided support. Intermediate learners work on algebraic expressions, geometry applications, trigonometric identities, and structured problem-solving practice. Advanced learners focus on calculus, higher-level problem solving, and exam-oriented analytical questions. Regular practice sessions help students improve accuracy, speed, and confidence in solving problems.
I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning without fear of mistakes. Many students initially struggle with Math, but with consistent guidance and practice, they gradually develop confidence. Over time, they begin to recognize patterns in problems and solve them more independently. My goal is to help learners build strong mathematical thinking skills so they can approach academic challenges and real-life situations with clarity and confidence.
