About Camille
My interest in mathematics began with fascination for logic, structure, and patterns. I earned an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, where I developed advanced analytical skills and effective instructional techniques. Over the past 13 years, I have taught students across elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math, helping them overcome uncertainty and build confidence. I teach with patience, empathy, and adaptability, ensuring explanations match each learner’s pace and learning style. I use visual aids, structured examples, and real-life applications to make abstract concepts accessible. Many students who initially struggle gradually develop independence and confidence. Outside teaching, I continue refining lesson materials and staying updated with educational research. Teaching mathematics is deeply rewarding because it equips learners with analytical skills and confidence that benefit them throughout life.

Mathematics becomes more approachable when students understand the reasoning behind each step rather than relying on memorization. In my lessons, I guide learners through elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math using structured explanations that emphasize logical connections and problem-solving strategies. I help students recognize patterns and build confidence through gradual progression.
Lesson plans are carefully customized to individual needs. Beginners focus on number sense, arithmetic fluency, and confidence-building exercises. Intermediate learners strengthen algebraic reasoning, geometry concepts, and multi-step problem-solving skills. Advanced learners work on SAT math strategies, efficiency, and flexible reasoning. Guided practice, discussion, and feedback are integrated into every lesson.
Math lessons also cultivate persistence, analytical thinking, and calm problem-solving habits. As learners gain confidence, they approach challenges with structure and clarity. My goal is to help students develop strong mathematical foundations that support academic success and everyday reasoning.
