About Jena
I have a degree in Mathematics Education. I am currently earning my Master's degree in Mathematics with a GPA of 4.0 I have 14 years of teaching experience in Secondary Education. I am very good at determining what a student needs and am able to teach to the appropriate level to students. I am exceptionally organized and have great communication skills. I love mathematics and helping students learn mathematics. I believe every student can learn mathematics if given the right teacher and the right amount of time and study.

My teaching method is one of direct instruction. I believe in teaching mathematics as a whole and not as individualized, chopped up memorized directions. Mathematics is a beautiful subject and understanding how it all works together is important to me.
