About Juliette
My journey into mathematics began with a fascination for patterns, structure, and logical problem-solving. I earned an M.Sc in Mathematics Education, where I studied advanced mathematical theory alongside effective teaching methodologies. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with students across elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math, helping them overcome anxiety and build lasting confidence. I teach with empathy, patience, and adaptability, ensuring explanations match each learner’s pace and understanding. I use visual representations, real-world examples, and structured reasoning to make abstract ideas accessible. Many students who initially struggle gradually become confident, independent thinkers as they understand the logic behind mathematics. Outside teaching, I continue refining instructional materials and staying informed about educational research. Teaching mathematics is deeply fulfilling because it empowers learners with analytical skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities that extend far beyond the classroom.

Mathematics becomes far less intimidating when students understand the reasoning behind each step rather than relying solely on memorization. In my lessons, I guide learners through elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math using carefully structured explanations that emphasize logical connections, pattern recognition, and step-by-step problem-solving. This approach helps students build clarity, confidence, and independence in their mathematical thinking.
Lesson plans are thoughtfully customized to each learner’s academic stage and learning style. Beginners focus on number sense, arithmetic accuracy, and confidence-building exercises. Intermediate learners strengthen algebraic reasoning, geometry concepts, proportional thinking, and multi-step problem-solving. Advanced learners concentrate on SAT math strategies, efficient reasoning, and flexible problem-solving techniques. Every lesson includes guided practice, discussion, and reflective feedback to reinforce understanding deeply.
