About Rachel
My passion for mathematics grew from an interest in structured reasoning and practical problem solving. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics, where I explored how mathematical ideas support real-world applications. Over 10 years of teaching, I have helped students transform uncertainty into confidence through clear explanation and steady guidance. I approach teaching with empathy and adaptability, understanding that each learner has unique challenges. I focus on identifying gaps in understanding and rebuilding foundations carefully. My teaching style emphasizes clarity, consistency, and confidence building. Outside teaching, I continue engaging with mathematics through applied problem exploration and independent study. This ongoing engagement keeps my lessons dynamic and relevant. Mathematics becomes clearer when learners understand how ideas connect logically across topics.
