About Clara
My fascination with mathematics began with observing patterns, logic, and problem-solving in everyday life. This interest led me to pursue a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, equipping me with both theoretical knowledge and applied analytical skills. Over 11 years of teaching, I have guided students through foundational concepts to advanced mathematical reasoning, helping them develop clarity, confidence, and critical problem-solving abilities.
I focus on creating an engaging, student-centered learning environment. Many learners initially struggle with abstract formulas, multi-step calculations, or complex reasoning, so I provide step-by-step instruction, visual aids, and practical examples. I encourage curiosity, independent thinking, and reflective problem-solving, ensuring concepts are internalized and skills are built for long-term retention.
Outside teaching, I actively engage with mathematical research, applied projects, and educational strategies to enrich my lessons with relevance and insight. Witnessing students grow from uncertainty to mastery, develop confidence, and cultivate intellectual curiosity is profoundly rewarding.
