About Sneha
Hello there!
I’m a second-year medical student at Anglia Ruskin University. Before this, I completed my BSc Medical Biochemistry and MSc Chronic Disease and Immunity at the University of Leicester. I have been tutoring since 2021 and thoroughly enjoy it. I feel privileged to have taught 1000+ lessons to students and hope to continue making a difference by helping students achieve their target grades and go on to study them at A level or even university. Thus, I hope I can do this for you and your child.
My skills are primarily in KS3 and GCSE English, Maths and Science subjects. My passion for these subjects, alongside my high grades, reflects through my teaching by providing interactive, memorable and fun lessons. The excitement for these subjects provides a student-centred approach to help students feel more confident and achieve their grades.
I understand how important consistency and dependability are, therefore, I hope to implement this as a tutor every week and even through the summer term exam periods. I would be delighted to share my experience to educate the younger generation with my small tips and tricks, on anything they may be finding difficult (I most likely did too! And making them fall in love with English/Maths/Science as much as I have :)
I’m happy to help and be a guide to students in Year 12/13 with their UCAS application, personal statement and interview preparation.

I like to get to know the students in my first lesson, find out their learning style, their strengths and weaknesses and goals for the lessons. The lesson duration is 55 minutes where I spend 10-15 minutes on a warm-up exercise - typically something the student struggled in the previous lesson - then 25-30 minutes on the main bulk of content and 10-20 minutes doing questions and reviewing content.
