About Rachel
I am a dedicated saxophone educator with 17 years of experience and more than 300 students trained successfully. I teach high school and college students and focus on building both musical skill and self-confidence.
One proud moment in my career was seeing my early students perform at large school and college events. Many of them started with no musical background, yet today they play with confidence and discipline. Their success continues to inspire my teaching.
My teaching style is simple, structured, and supportive. I focus on breath support, sound quality, finger accuracy, rhythm training, and basic music reading. I adjust my lessons based on each student’s learning speed and goals. I always try to create a warm learning environment where students feel safe to try, fail, and grow. My aim is to build confident musicians and lifelong learners.

My saxophone teaching focuses on complete musical development. Through simple and clear communication, I explain each lesson in an easy way. I make sure students feel relaxed and confident during learning.
Accountability helps students stay regular and committed. I provide structured practice plans, daily exercises, and weekly performance goals. This builds discipline and steady progress.
Integrity is a core value in my teaching. I focus on clean tone, correct breathing, posture, finger technique, rhythm accuracy, and music reading. As students improve, they also learn improvisation, stage performance, and musical creativity.
Along with saxophone, I teach music theory, ear training, rhythm control, and basic harmony. My aim is to guide students towards full musical confidence and long-term success.
