My experience has been focused one on one in non formal settings, as well as symposium type education for groups of 20 people or more. I like to work individually with each student to understand how they learn, whether it be hands on, storytelling, individual reading, self paced, etc., whatever works. I like people of all types and work to connect at each individual level. I work well with distance learners, I’ve been a distance learner myself, so I understand the unique challenges associated with distance learning.
