About Tanya
I am a Strategic People Governance professional with experience across both the public and private sectors, specializing in HR, labor law, governance, policy development and organizational strategy. As an MBA candidate, I combine academic knowledge with practical workplace insight to help students understand not only the theory, but also how it applies in real-world environments.
My lessons are professional, supportive and tailored to each student’s needs and goals. I am passionate about helping people grow in confidence, strengthen their understanding and achieve meaningful results — whether academically or professionally.
Students can expect clear explanations, practical examples, patience and a learning environment where questions are always encouraged. I teach in English and Afrikaans and work with university students, postgraduate learners, professionals, entrepreneurs and business start-ups looking to strengthen their knowledge and capability.
