My name is Gareth, and I am a Human Resource Management professional with over seven years of experience in HR administration, labor relations, payroll management, compliance, and business operations. Throughout my career, I have worked with professionals, managers, and students, helping them develop practical skills and achieve their goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, a BCom Honors in Human Resource Management, and a Labor Law Certificate. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which allows me to combine academic knowledge with real-world business experience.

I am an HR and Business Professional with more than 7 years of experience in human resource management, labor relations, payroll administration, compliance, and business operations. I hold a BCom in Human Resource Management, a BCom Honors in Human Resource Management, a Labor Law Certificate, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration.
My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts and connecting academic theory to real workplace practice. I believe students learn best when they understand not only what the theory says, but also how it is applied in organizations.
