About Bahihah
I graduated with an MBA in 2012. My undergraduate qualification is Cost and Management Accounting which I completed in 1996. As you can see there was a big gap but I jumped into the studies again head first. I haven't stopped developing my personal skills and knowledge since then. Having worked for the University of the Witwatersrand I was encouraged and selected to complete the Management Development Programme and Project Management certificate. I was later selected to complete the Supervisor Training and the Emotional Intelligence course offered in-house by an external training organization. Last year I completed a Coaching in the workplace certificate through SACAP. I am registered with the professional body SAIBA (South Africa Institute of Business Accountants) now known as CIBA (Chartered Institute of Business Accountants) as a Certified Financial Officer designation as well as the BAP (Business Accountant in Practice) designation. The CPD's keep me very busy but also up to date with the current financial sector.

I use simple and easy language style so as not to overcomplicate the subject matter. I plan the academic year ahead and share with students in order for all to know what the plan is for the year. I will stick to the time frame but at the same token ensure that the students have sufficient time to digest and understand the subject matter effectively.
