About Tahseen
Hi! I’m Tahseen — an MD/MBBS doctor and full-time Biology tutor. I teach Biology at all levels: O Levels, A Levels, American high school/AP-style biology foundations, and MCAT Biology/Biochem foundations.
I just graduated from medical school in 2024 and have been working in a hospital.
How I teach (so you know what you’re paying for):
1) Diagnose: quick assessment + identify your weak chapters and why you’re losing marks
2) Build: concept explanation + diagrams + mini-quizzes during the lesson
3) Apply: exam questions + marking-scheme logic + common traps
4) Lock-in: a short homework plan + revision method so you improve between lessons

My style is simple: I build real understanding first (so you stop forgetting), then I convert that understanding into exam marks. Biology is not “memorize and pray.” It’s patterns + mechanisms + cause-and-effect — once you see the logic, the content becomes easy and fast to revise.
What you’ll get in my lessons:
• Clear explanations using simple language + diagrams (I break down complex topics into steps)
• Active recall + spaced revision (so information sticks)
• Exam-style practice: past paper questions, MCQ technique, and how examiners think
• A personalized study plan: what to study, what to skip, and what to repeat
• Rapid improvement on weak areas (genetics, respiration/photosynthesis, homeostasis, immunity, evolution, ecology, cell biology, etc.)
I can help you whether you’re:
• struggling with basics and want to build your foundation properly
• aiming for A/A* and need high-yield exam strategy
• preparing for MCAT and need strong conceptual biology + question approach

Levels/Exams I cover:
• O Levels / IGCSE Biology (concept + past paper practice)
• A Levels Biology (AS/A2 — high yield and marking-scheme focused)
• American High School Biology (foundation + test prep)
• MCAT Biology/Biochemistry foundations (concept mastery + MCQ approach)
Book a trial lesson and tell me your level/exam board and target grade. I’ll assess exactly what’s holding you back and give you a clear plan for the next 4–8 lessons.
