About DAHLIA
I love sharing my knowledge with others and seeing my students succeed. I know the importance of supportive services like tutoring. It helped me as a student during high school and really inspired me to pursue offering tutoring myself. Working with other students as a peer tutor during my CEGEP years was so gratifying. Seeing my students grasp a new concept or understand something in a way that they did not before is what drives me to help others learn. I am here to support you in your learning and to help you feel good about your academic abilities and yourself!

I offer a balanced mix of conceptual learning and hands-on real-world application and practice. I work from an active engagement and problem-solving approach. I encourage my students to explore, ask questions, and explain their reasoning, much more than simply memorizing formulas and procedures.
I help students to connect math concepts to real-life situations. I believe that Math is enjoyable and fun to learn and we work together as a team during our tutoring sessions!
