My name is Vicky!
I am 26 year old Mechanical Engineering graduate and have spent the last 4 years working in the engineering industry as Mechanical Engineer.
I have a very patient nature, but also a bit of a silly side, there is no reason learning can't be at least a little enjoyable! :P

My approach to tutoring will entirely depend on the student, over the years I have discovered the secret to learning, is working out what works best for you.
If we need to make voice notes or videos together to listen or watch, or whether its colour coded notes, or even sometimes it's a really silly acronym, everyone has something that works for them. We will keeping working together until whatever it is thats confusing you, clicks!
I want to help you learn what you need for your exams, but also teach you skills that you can apply to different subjects.
A typical lesson length for me is flexible, some students work better with an hour and a chance to get into the work, others prefer more regular shorter lessons (half an hour minimum is what I would recommend).
In terms of experience as a tutor, during college I took part in a club which helped other students with their A-level maths. I have also tutored family friends for GCSE Maths.
Although I am new to the tutoring field, studying at university and further career development has left me with an abundance of learning methods that I would love to pass onto others.
