About Danielle
I currently work as a civil engineer in Scottsdale. I chose engineering because of my passion for math and science and my love of cars. I personally hated and struggled in school until 7th grade when I had the most amazing math teacher. She changed my perspective on school, and I hope to help give students that same perspective change. School should be enjoyable and not frustrating. I’m here to help students feel confident in their schoolwork and enjoy the learning process.

I graduated from ASU with a mechanical engineering degree, but my passion is teaching. I’ve worked mostly with middle school students with IEPs and 504s. Math and science are my favorite subjects to teach. I’m confident teaching any math and science-related topics K-12 as well as a decent amount of college-level courses. I hope to help take the frustration and struggle out of the equation when it comes to school!

Ms. Danielle was my Aide in 6th grade. She helped me with Honors math and science. I struggled a lot on my own and was too scared to go to tutoring with my teachers. I couldn’t understand the way they taught and would get so frustrated. I complained to Ms. Danielle about it and she offered to help me with the stuff I wasn’t understanding. She made everything make sense and didn’t make me feel stupid. She was what made 6th grade fun for me. I would recommend getting her to tutor you if you’re in the same position as I was. -Catelyn 7th grade
