About Edward
I am a recent graduate of Newcastle University in England, a founding member of the Russell Group. I have graduated with a master's degree in mechanical engineering. Having worked with the worldwide company of Gates Engineering for my dissertation, I have developed my professionalism and determination in providing the best for whom I work. I have loved my time at university learning about engineering, developing a real curiosity and passion in the field. In tutoring, I hope that I can help people further their career opportunities for the future and help them find their passion.

My tutoring experience comes from aiding first-year university students during my master's. However, I also have experience teaching at high school and college levels. My tutoring approach for lessons typically focuses on developing a deep conceptual understanding of a given subject initially, which will then be followed by interactive problem solving. However, I am more than happy to adapt to each student's preferred learning style. Typically, lessons are between 1-2 hours. Math and physics at a high school and college level were a bare necessity in my degree, and so I am extremely proficient at this level. I am also very confident and capable of providing tutoring for thermodynamics, mechanics, and fluid mechanics at a university level.
