About Samyar
I've had a lot of experience with tutors throughout my schooling, and I've learned that a tutor with the right approaches, attitude, and skills, can truly make all the difference. That's why I've been doing private tutoring for the last two years, working with a wide range of students as little as kindergarten all the way to 10th grade. I love tutoring, especially about material that I enjoy, such as math, science, and English, as being able to help younger students reach their goals is so rewarding.

I'm a mechanical engineering student at McGill University, and I'm passionate about making STEM accessible and exciting for everyone.
We'll tailor our lessons to your individual needs and learning styles, whether it be preparing for an exam, improving grades, or simply reviewing learned material and homework. We'll celebrate your successes and encourage you to keep trying, even when things get tough. My goal is to not only help you improve your grades, but also to make this process enjoyable, as learning should be!
My lessons are primarily for middle and high school students (Grades 7-12), in the subjects of Math (Algebra, Calculus, Geometry), Physics, and English (Literature or Creative Writing).
