About Urja
I am an aspiring writer and education professional. I've been lucky enough to study at some of the world's greatest institutions and have seen regularly the power that a good education can bring, not just to the mind but to the soul. I am driven by progress, I am a humanist and believe in everyone's individual potential and I want to help you get there.
I lead with grace, and empathy, and will move in the pace that you require, and in formats that make sense to you. This is a collaborative learning experience, and we will be in it together.

I take a personal and empathetic approach. We will consider what areas you need guidance in, and we will practise together. I will come prepared with lesson plans, working backwards from where you want to be, to where you are now. My personal ethos is To Learn is to Do which will form the basis of how we approach each session.
I have a Bachelor's Degree from NYU and an IB Diploma from United World College schools with background assisting undergraduates with essay writing, as well as high school students preparing to submit college/university applications. I applied across the UK, and am familiar with the UCAS system, as well as the Common Application system in the U.S.
Lessons are for students aged 12-22.
