About Amy
I have endorsed excellence throughout NCEA. I took chemistry, biology, physics, calculus, and English throughout high school, receiving service/leadership awards, academic awards, and a scholarship from the University of Otago. I'm also very comfortable talking to individuals, so I will ensure that the student can open up to me with questions without feeling uncomfortable! I am currently a third-year medical imaging student at the University of Auckland.

I have excelled academically throughout high school, endorsing excellence in all NCEA levels. I am super bubbly and friendly, and I want my students to be comfortable around me and be able to understand the key concepts and ideas, as well as studying efficiently. I will be teaching students to use flashcards, mind maps, as well as explaining the key ideas in the simplest way to enhance their learning. I believe learning should start by structuring linkages between topics rather than relying solely on rote learning (although this is important too).
