I've known Namita for a long time in the capacity of a student as well as a mentor. Starting from the time in high school where she methodically applied herself to graduate as a valedictorian, she assisted many of her other peers be successful. She continued on to pursue her 7 year MD program at the acclaimed School of medicine at BU, finishing her undergraduate with an excellent record, and also at the same time mentor and tutor high school youths at the upward bound program. She continues to mentor a lot of her fellow medical students in her free time during weekends. Her knowledge and understanding of the subjects run deep and her explanations are clear and lucid.
