About Daniel
Alongside tutoring, I’m also happy to support students interested in applying to medicine, offering guidance on personal statements and the application process.
Outside of my studies, I have a strong passion for baking and enjoy playing the piano, both of which have helped me develop creativity and discipline. I’m also particularly interested in medical research and regularly explore developments beyond the core curriculum. I have spoken at society conferences, which has strengthened my confidence in communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Hi, I’m Dan — a second-year medical student at the University of Manchester. I offer one-hour tutoring sessions for GCSE and A-level students in Maths and Biology, designed to build both confidence and exam performance.
My lessons are tailored to each student and typically include clear explanations, structured note review, and exam-style practice questions to reinforce understanding and improve technique. As a medical student, I bring strong subject knowledge and a clear insight into what examiners are looking for.
I have experience privately tutoring GCSE students and have helped them strengthen their understanding and improve their grades. In addition to subject tutoring, I also offer support with applying to medicine, including personal statements and general application advice.
