About Nissa
Hi! My name is Nissa Nahid and I wanted to start tutoring students in maths.
In High-School i had a love and interest in maths, the love for maths was grown by an amazing maths teacher I had in HighSchool. This inspired me to teach other students maths so not only they can excel their exams but also enjoy the process of learning maths.
Tutoring friends and family was rewarding as I could see the improvement and confidence grown overtime in maths, and provide my previous students support they needed to achieve the required grades. Also being a medical student, helping others and providing support is one of many principles of being a student in the medical field.

My online tutoring lessons will contain looking at the students weaknesses in national 4 or national 5 maths. Explain the reasoning behind the maths problem and provide a lot of practice with past papers and several mock tests throughout the sessions building the students confidence! My classes are an hour every week but if more hours are needed that can also be arranged. I will provide students not only with knowledge but reassurance for upcoming class tests or the national 5 exams.
