About Brittany
I was previously a tutor in NYC and long Island NY for KahnTest. I tutored college and high school students in biology, chemistry, and science courses including preparation for the SATs and ACTs. I would prepare key terms/objectives for each session, study skills to assist in retention, as well as a long term plan for the student and their goals.

I am a current medical school student and have previously worked as a tutor for many subjects in NYC and Long Island NY. My teaching strategy usually begins with assessment then I work with the student to create a game plan in terms of how many times a week they want to meet and their academic goals. During each tutor session I assign practice problems or work through problems with the students. From there I determine the areas they need to work on and I begin to break down each session with these areas. I end every session by a recap and questions for the student to help solidify what I just taught.
