About Amari
I am a third-year medical student with a strong academic foundation in the sciences and a proven ability to teach complex material clearly and professionally. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology (Pre-Med) from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Nova Southeastern University, and I am currently completing my clinical training at Ross University School of Medicine.
My tutoring approach is structured, supportive, and results-focused. I take the time to identify each student’s strengths and challenges, then tailor lessons to build understanding, confidence, and consistency. I emphasize clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and effective study and test-taking strategies drawn from my medical training.
I work with high school, college, and pre-medical students in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and math. I maintain a professional, reliable, and encouraging learning environment, with the goal of helping students not only improve their grades, but also develop the confidence and skills needed for long-term academic success.

My approach as a tutor is structured, clear, and results-driven. I focus on breaking complex science and math concepts into simple, logical steps so students truly understand the material rather than memorize it. What sets me apart is my medical training and advanced science background, which allow me to teach from a deeper, clinical understanding while also sharing efficient study strategies, test-taking skills, and time-management techniques used in medical school.
