About Shub
I am a 4th year medical student which keeps me very busy. I also have a professional degree in dance before this which also had it's unique pressures. My personal experiences dealing with challenges and having to keep going despite them motivates me to learn about the correct techniques of mental well-being. Here's hoping I could share the same with you and help you be a happier, healthier you.
