About John
Most of my life I was plagued with a mind that was out of control and thoughts that would never stop. It was exhausting. Mood swings, self-doubt, anxiety, panic attacks. I experienced all this and much more. One day I realized my thoughts were making me feel so many different things. Thus, my journey of mindfulness and inner curiosity began. Finding my awareness back to the present moment.
