About Davide
I have had a long and fluctuating journey with fitness, I started at the age of 16 after being diagnosed as clinically obese, I followed an extreme and unsistainable diet which lead to me being severly underweight by the age of 18. At 18 I decided to start doing things properly, and I began educating myself on what it means to be truly healthy, how to put on muscle effectively, and how to excercise in a way that would allow me to reach my goals without jeapordising my health.
This passion for health and fitness grew into a passion for medicine, and so I decided to start pursuing a career in medicine. Studying the anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and all the other intricacies of the human body, nourished my passion for bodybuilding, because now I am not just a random 18 year old excercising in his bedroom, I am a medical student who goes to the gym and uses his knowledge to fuel his workouts.

My personalized training sessions, ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, are tailored to fit your unique needs. But it's not just about lifting weights or hitting the treadmill – it's an experience that goes beyond, blending fitness with education.
Picture this: not only will you learn the 'what' and 'how' of exercises, but you'll also dive into the 'why.' I weave biology and chemistry into our sessions, providing a holistic understanding of your body's incredible capabilities.
As your guide, my first lessons revolve around understanding you – your goals, preferences, and even your dietary needs. Together, we'll craft a plan that suits you perfectly. I encourage questions because knowledge empowers.
But here's the twist – it's not about pushing you to lift the heaviest weights right away. We prioritize form, ensuring each movement is perfected before moving on. Once that foundation is solid, the real fun begins.
Imagine turning your workouts into a passion, not a chore. I've guided students of all ages and genders through incredible transformations – from running 5k in record time to mastering heavy lifts within weeks.
And the credentials? 11 GCSEs with 6 A*s and 5 As, 5 A-levels with 3 As and 2 Bs, and currently pursuing a degree in Medicine and surgery at an internationally recognised university. I teach without judgment, with kindness, and with a commitment to making your fitness journey not just effective but exhilarating. Let's make fitness a lifestyle, not a task!
