About Suzanne
I’m a menopausal women, menopausal coach, yoga instructor, meditation teacher, nutritionist and personal trainer. I have worked in this industry for many years constantly evolving my knowledge and experience. Bring in the menopausal phase of my life, I have found myself the benefits of a daily yoga practice meditation and a nutritional plan to reduce inflammation in the body hugely beneficial to my physiological, mental and emotional wellbeing. I unfortunately was unable to use HRT and so I had to look for an alternative that would help me take back control of my health. This has inspired me to produce yoga classes for women also in this phase of their lives.

45 minute Yoga and Meditation class.
Includes:
Breath work (simple techniques anyone can do)
25 minute Vinyasa yoga flow (suitable for all abilities) helping to build strength., improve posture and flexibility.
15 minute meditation, to lower cortisol which help reduce inflammation, increase energy production and reduce anxiety.
