About Kalyani
I am a Mathematics student who is passionate about psychology, mental health and using science to create positive changes in our thoughts and behavior. All my lessons are taken from my own life, so they are tried and tested methods to improve your well-being.

I base my classes on real life experiences and the lessons we can all learn from them. The sessions will be interactive and we will talk like friends, instead of creating a teacher-student dynamic. We will be using principles from psychology as well, to nurture our mind and soul better.
