About Caitlin
I am a mental health counselor who has been working in a variety of therapeutic contexts including therapy centers, camps and classroom environments. I have worked with children, teens and adults in both group and individual settings and create comfortable and encouraging environments where attendees can freely express themselves and work towards increased health.

Through virtual sessions, I seek to create environments where attendees can improve their mental health, build life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, self esteem and accomplish their goals. In both group and individual classes, I focus on building positive virtual communities where people can learn to connect with both themselves and others and experience healing and confidence that they can take into their daily lives.
