About Marina
I was born and raised in New York City, attending mostly project-based schools. After high school, I went to Bard College where I focused on Environmental and Urban Studies. Directly after graduation, I started a Master's Program in teaching History. Following this, I worked in a Middle School teaching 7th and 8th grade U.S. History for five years. What made this experience interesting, is that this school offered the New York State Regents exam, so I feel very comfortable with test prep. Currently, I work at a remote, inquiry, and project-based high school teaching 9th and 10th-grade Humanities. I look forward to working with you
