About Henry
Hi I’m Henry Thrill! I'm more than a producer with major credits, I’m a mentor who can show you how to get real results. I was raised in Washington, DC and I’m now based in Los Angeles. I’ve built a catalog surpassing 40 million streams by pairing strong musical instinct with a repeatable creative process across genres. My strength is helping artists and producers turn raw ideas into finished records that feel personal, hit hard, and translate across styles.
If you want guidance from someone operating at a high level, I bring both proven experience and clear teaching. I’ve earned support on releases from global names like Don Diablo, Anna Lunoe, and Alesso. I’ve released music as an artist and producer under labels including Capitol Records, Orenda Music, and Elysian Records, and I have a publishing admin deal with PEN Music—so I understand both the creative and industry sides of building a real career.
As a teacher, my focus is simple: sharpen your taste, improve your workflow, and help you finish stronger songs faster—whether you’re making pop, electronic, indie/alternative, folk, or hip-hop.

My approach as a tutor is simple: every lesson is tailored to exactly what the student needs. No two producers are the same, so I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. Whether you’re just opening a DAW for the first time or refining tracks to make them release-ready, I adjust the structure and pace to match your goals, skill level, and learning style.
I hold a bachelor’s degree and have completed extensive production coursework myself, so I understand both the academic and practical sides of music production. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and how to bridge the gap between theory and real-world results. My teaching combines clear technical explanation with hands-on application. We don’t just talk about concepts, we apply them directly to your music.
A typical lesson includes reviewing your current work, identifying one or two key areas to improve (such as arrangement, sound design, mixing, or workflow), and then building practical solutions you can repeat on your own. I also emphasize finishing songs, developing taste, and creating efficient systems so you improve faster over time.
What sets me apart is that I actively work in the industry. I teach from real-world experience, not just theory. My lessons are for all levels from complete beginners learning the basics to advanced producers preparing tracks for professional release.
