About Thomas
I've earned an MBA, have a strong background in sales, marketing, finance and management. I'm exploring career counseling because I get asked to help often and though why not try it. I've helped several former military friends learn basic time management skills, helped to set goals and make realistic plans for over 100 individuals over the years. I'm retired now, so I have a bit more time to dabble with the fundamentals of career coaching.

My method is in finding the true desire and motivation behind what people want o do with their lives, and how careers can play an important role in those pursuits. My methodology is personality based questions, focusing on what the ultimate goal and the paths that can be taken to achieve those goals. I use common personality testing like Briggs-Meyers tests to find what the persons lifestyle is like, where they are now, and devise a plan to help reach the next step forward.
