About Michelle
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 5 years. I received my yoga certification in 2016 and have taught all levels of yogis from beginners to advanced. I completed The Science of Well-Being course and the Power of Awareness mindfulness training.

My classes incorporate mindful movement for strength and balance with subtle movements to improve mental health, sleep and emotional regulation, enhance a sense of wellbeing, and reduce stress and anxiety. Slow yoga can train the nervous system to relax.
