About Muskaan
I am a certified yoga trainer by the ministry of AYUSH.
Considering the current situation,I am taking online yoga lessons.
I am associated with Art of Living, A spiritual organisation run by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji.
I have taught yoga to many people and have received excellent reviews.
I carefully consider individual experience and difficulties so you'll always find yoga enjoyable and relaxing.
I take one-on-one and group classes.
I also take specific modules like
-Yoga for a toned tummy.
-Yoga for better sleep.
-Yoga for better digestion
and many more.

I have recieved my certification from Sri Sri School Of Yoga,Certified Yoga School under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School
My classes are
-Typically one hour sessions (can be altered based on req.)
-They will include the entire yoga flow:
-Praanayamas
-Asanas
-Meditation
-Yog Nidra
And much more will be coverd with ease.
-Knowledge from the ancient texts will also be discussed based on the student's interest.
