About Frankie
I’ve worked in restaurants cooking my own lunches and dinners in the kitchen. I was too young at the time to be a line chef but I learned how to use everything anyway. Still possess all the safety knowledge on how to cook everything properly without hurting others or myself.

As a child I had to cook for my Grandma and myself. Parents worked really late and my sister was away at school so it was up to me to feed my Grandma. My biggest joy in life is to cook for others and teach people how to cook.

I trust Frankie because if you speak to him for one second you can see and hear his passion when it comes to music. It’s contagious and it makes you excited to learn and listen. He doesn’t get frustrated and he will find a way to explain things when you don’t understand. He is a very good teacher and he meets you where ever you are in terms of skill.
