About Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole! Yoga and mobility coach with over 10 years of personal practice in yoga.
I started teaching recently to share the benefits of mindful movements. After going through a severe lower back injury a few years ago, yoga played a big part in my recovery. it helped me rebuild strength, flexibility, and confidence in my body.
That experience showed me how much mindful movement and consistency can improve overall quality of life.
My teaching style blends traditional yoga, mobility training, and functional movement, with an emphasis on moving intentionally so you can feel your best and move without limitations.
I can teach you the tools, but staying consistent is where real progress happens. And that part is up to you.
In-person lessons available in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

My classes blend yoga, mobility training, and functional movement to help you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries.
Each session is personalized around your body and goals. We’ll focus on deep, controlled stretches, mindful movement, strengthening the muscles that support your joints, and dynamic flows designed to improve how you feel and move, both on and off the mat.
Whether you’re a beginner or already active, my approach helps you build body awareness, release tension, and develop strength through proper alignment and consistency.
My sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re just starting out or have experience on the mat.
Hands-on assistance is available to help you deepen your practice safely and effectively, but always optional- your comfort and boundaries are fully respected. These sessions are designed to support your body and your goals, so you can feel your best, both on and off the mat.
