About Subrat
I am a Biotechnologist and am still doing my Master's. I have tutored for the last 4 years. Being a student myself, I know what stress levels are like when you can't keep up with the rest of the class. I believe in interactive and adaptive sessions, unlike typical teacher cultures. You can see me over a coffee and clear your doubts if that setting suits you better. I have been tutoring since my early high school and one very notable pair of middle school students were twins who repelled biology; science in general. I used to give them complimentary guitar lessons as a deal for academic performance. They got motivated real soon and leaped from a 1.97 to a 3.6 GPA in biology in only 3 months. Also, to make sessions more convenient we can talk over to fix a place and time slots which students can keep up with. I major in Medical Biotechnology and Regenerative Medicine, so you can expect an overall biology coverage with support in relevant streams of science.

Subrat and I have a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biotechnology and a postgraduate Diploma majoring in Industrial Biotechnology and Cancer Drug Production. I am pursuing my Master's of Biotechnology at Monash University. I believe in a two-way communicative approach and, unlike orthodox protocols, I would dedicate entire sessions to figuring out the output the student is expecting and addressing his/her academic needs. I prefer not putting reading and monotonous task pressures and expect interactive learning with a detailed conceptual understanding at the end of the day. I am more than happy to communicate via emails and answer queries apart from the tutoring sessions and would love to provide links to animations and videos to build a strong set of conceptual bases.

The best quality of a teacher for me is their ability to make someone understand. Subrat possess this quality. If he is dedicated about the subject matter being discussed, he will teach you with an unshaken determination. If you have a question for him, he will give you an answer until you are satisfied and that is something i admire about him.
A tutor must also be patient. If you have any inconvenience, do not hesitate to ask him as he will be paitent with whatever grievances you have. So bombard him with whatever questions you don't understand and he will provide you a valid answer, even if it takes some time.
I have known him for 3-4 years,he is very calm and ambitious. Whatever he does,he gives his 100%, be it be teaching, helping,showing concern or anything. And he loves music like hell so anyone who wants to learn playing guitar, flute,etc. I highly recommend him for u guys.He is a great artist.
Ive known Subrot since a very long time. I have also been taught by him and the way he explains things will definitely make people to learn better. And his methods of teaching is phenomenal. He is very friendly and kind. And it's sure that he'll make a great teacher.
