About Ananya
I am currently a student of Monash University, pursuing my Masters in Communications. Understanding that every student absorbs information in different ways has been something that I’ve learnt when giving private lessons for over a year. Making the student comfortable enough to be themselves so that learning and teaching happens effortlessly is the reason my past students have managed to score great grades, whilst enjoying learning as well. Other than my current degree, I have also scored an 8.0 on my IELTS.

As a tutor, I believe that a class should be fashioned according to the student. Some students prefer to learn by being corrected, whereas some others learn best by conversing. My classes will be a mixure of textbook and practical learning, with workbook practises and word jumble exercises. I have observed this works best, as students tend to not respond very well to a monotonous style of teaching.
