About Ravikiran
I am Engineer with Industrial & technical Curriculum development experience spanning more than 40 years with more than 300 students settled in India & overseas.
* I started my career as an Apprentice in BOSCH,
* worked in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance as a Technician
* Became a Training Officer training the Apprentices/Diploma holders/Engineering graduates & Employees in the company
* Worked as A Senior Superintendent on Control Automation Projects in Machine manufacturing units with PLC, CNC etc.,
* Worked Overseas in Technical & Vocational education
* Presently A Senior Educational Specialist in charge of developing & implementing Technical & Vocational with the all the necessary assessments & evaluation systems Directorate of Technical & Vocational education in Bahrain.

I adopt the method of giving live and realistic examples that the students get to see around them so that they cab correlate the concepts instead of memorizing them.
