About Cicely
I am research Eastern European Politics at UCL. I am an avid reader, with a particular love for Russian literature and the plays of Bernard Shaw. I began tutoring in English during my A levels and have continued to do so at university.

My teaching method, begins with a basic understanding of the books/ poetry. I want to make sure my students both enjoy and understand their texts. From their we will look at themes within the texts and particularly literary techniques used. Then theory and critics will be introduced. Finally we will look at structuring essays and exam prep
