About Tamiko
Kinematics, thermodynamics, and waves and oscillations form the bedrock of my instruction. I hold an MSc Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and have taught physics for 13 years. My focus remains on the intuition behind concepts and graph interpretation, which helps students see their grades move within a term.
I prioritize numerical problem solving and conceptual learning. You are welcome to reach out to discuss your goals.

Pacing remains a challenge for many beginners. I offer a direct approach to complex physics problems that clears up confusion immediately.
My method relies on 13 years of experience to target specific areas of weakness. 9 sessions often suffice to shift a student toward a 7.0 score.
We focus on the exact concepts exams reward. Feedback is constant. Clear logic wins. Feel free to message me to schedule a convenient time.
