About Aden
I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MPhil in Chemistry. My teaching blends science with art, focusing on the chemistry behind cultural heritage preservation. I help students explore how pigments were created, how materials degrade over time, and how chemistry can guide thoughtful conservation treatments. My approach is holistic and interdisciplinary. I use real examples from historical artworks to explain chemical processes at work in paints, ceramics, textiles, and metals. Through techniques like spectroscopy, chromatography, and microscopy, we analyze how these materials age and how to preserve them responsibly. I also highlight the ethical side of restoration—balancing scientific intervention with respect for artistic intent and historical value. My students include art history majors, aspiring conservationists, and those fascinated by the science behind museums and monuments. Lessons are filled with case studies, discussions, and hands-on problem-solving. I make complex topics easy to understand, while encouraging curiosity and creative thinking. Every session connects chemistry to the real world in meaningful ways. I believe chemistry is a powerful tool for protecting human creativity across centuries. Let’s explore how science can help us preserve the stories, colors, and craftsmanship of our shared cultural legacy.

My teaching approach in Chemistry is structured, engaging, and built for results. I work with school and university students to develop a deep understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Whether you're preparing for class exams or aiming for a high score on the AP Chemistry test, I design lessons to meet your specific needs.
I cover core topics like atomic structure, chemical bonding, kinetics, thermodynamics, equilibrium, and electrochemistry. For AP Chemistry, I emphasize complex problem-solving, experimental analysis, and clear explanations of abstract concepts. You'll learn how to approach multiple-choice and free-response questions with accuracy and confidence.
My methodology includes targeted drills, step-by-step problem breakdowns, and full-length practice tests under timed conditions. I use real lab scenarios and data sets to train you in analysis and interpretation. This helps build the scientific reasoning needed for top performance.
As an Epidemiologist and Teacher/Mentor, I also connect chemistry topics to real-world health and research challenges. This makes learning more meaningful and relevant. I offer constant support and adapt lessons based on your progress.
Together, we’ll strengthen your foundation, sharpen your thinking, and boost your confidence for exam day. I’m here to help you not just understand chemistry—but truly excel in it.
