About Nysa

I am a passionate Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Physics (MPhys). My teaching journey has focused heavily on helping students explore the fascinating intersection between physics and biology. I specialize in biophysics and the physics of living systems, making complex ideas accessible and engaging. From understanding how molecular motors generate movement to exploring the physics behind membrane transport and nerve impulses, I guide students with clarity and structure. My background allows me to bridge the gap between theoretical physics and biological function. I’ve supported biology students, pre-med students, and anyone curious about the physical principles that drive life processes. Biomechanics, electrochemical signaling, and diffusion processes are all explored in depth, always tied back to their real-world biological context. I help students not only understand the equations but see their meaning in living systems. Lessons are tailored to the student’s academic background and goals. Many of my students develop a deeper appreciation for both subjects through our work together. My approach fosters curiosity and sharpens critical thinking. Whether you're tackling complex cellular mechanics or preparing for exams, I offer dedicated support every step of the way. The joy of my work lies in showing how physics beautifully explains the structure and function of life.

My teaching approach in Physics focuses on building deep conceptual understanding through active learning and real-world examples. I guide students to think critically and logically, rather than memorizing formulas. Whether it's Newtonian mechanics, forces and motion, or conservation of energy, I break down complex ideas into clear, manageable parts. I use practical problems and hands-on illustrations to help students connect theory with real-life applications. This makes learning physics both engaging and meaningful. My sessions are interactive, allowing students to ask questions freely and develop confidence in their thinking. I emphasize visual explanations, structured problem-solving, and the “why” behind every law. Students also explore advanced areas like work-energy principles, kinematics, and dynamics, gradually mastering how to apply core laws of physics effectively. I’m especially skilled at helping Career Re-aligners and Theorists find their pace and direction in physics. I adapt my methods to suit each learner’s strengths and goals. You will receive full support in grasping even the most challenging concepts. With my help, you won’t just study physics—you’ll understand how the world works. I’m committed to helping you succeed and apply your knowledge with confidence. Together, we’ll turn confusion into clarity.
