About Lisa
I am currently in my 5th and final year of studying MSci Neuroscience with Psychology at the University of Aberdeen. This past year I have been gaining hands-on experience working in a laboratory on the epigenetic processes underlying memory formation. I have previous experience in tutoring 1-2-1 with National 5 level chemistry and higher biology. I obtained an A in higher biology and a B in advanced higher biology and I am very passionate about the subject

I am interested in tutoring within biology at all levels of high school education. My lessons would be structured around the course plan, focusing on the areas the student finds difficult. My methodology is focused on diagram usage and real-life applications of the information to heighten the interest the student has for the subject. I also encourage continuous testing on the course information in order to help the student retain the information. I can also offer support in exam and studying techniques.
