About Rajesh
I started giving lectures from my bachelors. I use to teach mechanics to my friends and my juniors. Later, at National Institute of Technology Silchar, during my masters I taught Fluid Mechanics and Engineering Mechanics to B.Tech students. I was working as Assisstant Prof. at an engineering college in warangal for about a year and taught Heat Transfer and Engineering Mechanics. During this period I handled nearly 210 students.

I start my subject by first introducing the need and applications of the subject in engineering. I believe it is important for the students to know why they are studying the subject and what will be its need in future. Next point lies in explaining the concepts followed by good quality problems and its analysis and relation to real world.
The classes I conduct are interactive. I ask many questions to my students during my lectures. This enables me to know the depth of the students and plan my contents. Students while interacting develop more interest in the subject and they try to understand it better.
