About Alexandre
my name is alexandre and since 2009 i've been in muay thai, i'm blue grade and i'm on my way to black grade, i trained with several athletes and today i focus on training students who want to improve their performance, their conditioning and lose weight.
I practiced other types of training which makes my classes very diversified.
My goal is to guide my students towards their goals, so that they can get the desired results in a safe and healthy way.
